Big Changes in North Carolina's Inspections & Registration

Effective November 1, 2008, the vehicle's inspection and registration renewal dates will be adjusted to be due on the same date. The North Carolina Inspection Program will transition from paper stickers being placed on the windshield of vehicles to electronic authorizations (e-stickers) in an effort to realign vehicle inspection and registration renewal dates. Beginning November 1, 2008 your existing inspection sticker will be removed from the windshield after passing the vehicle inspection. Your next vehicle inspection may be greater than 12 months from your last inspection depending on when your vehicle's registration comes due for renewal. You will also find your next inspection due date on your registration card beginning November 1, 2008.

Bruce Cavenaugh Suzuki Superstore is helping in this transition

The friendly staff members of the Bruce Cavenaugh Suzuki Superstore Service Department as always are here to help. When you get your oil changed in our award winning service department you have traditional received a reminder sticker on the driver's side interior windshield. With the recent changes, we are taking it one step further to include the date of our next state inspection/registration! This will serve as a valuable and possible fine preventing reminder to our loyal customers. Also, your annual vehicle inspection date may have changed! This means you may be able to go a little longer than expected before your next scheduled service inspection. Contact our Service Department for your new inspection date and more information!
